I just sent out invites again to join ParentSquare.  You should only get an invite if you have not joined.  If you do not get an invite, please email me, Spencer Mathews, smathews@kountzeisd.org and I will check into it.

Once you've joined if you cannot see one or more of your students, you will need to contact the campus secretaries to determine what is wrong and get it updated.  For some of this they may require additional documentation.

In order to see a student on ParentSquare, you must be marked as their Parent/Guardian in Ascender (our Student Information System).  Your email/phone number must match the email/phone number you verify in the app.  If any of that is not correct, the campus secretaries can fix it for you.  After they fix it, it will require a night time sync for the information to be updated in ParentSquare.
