Dr. Shane Reyenga – Superintendent
Dr. Shane Reyenga is the Superintendent for Kountze ISD. He has served in many roles over the years. He has been a teacher/coach, AP, Principal, Curriculum Director and Assistant Superintendent. Dr. Reyenga holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Sam Houston State University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University. He also has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. He holds teaching certificates in Composite Science, Agriculture and Physical Education, as well as, Principal and Superintendent certifications.
Dr. Reyenga is married to Audrey Reyenga and they have three children.
