Mission Statement

The mission of Kountze Intermediate School is to assist all students in reaching their highest level of academic performance and to promote a lifetime love of learning.  Kountze Intermediate will set a priority on providing an opportunity for all students to build a strong foundation of character which will aid in the overall productivity of the students academic and personal successes in life.

Goals

1. Assist all students in reaching their highest level of academic performance. Build upon the strong foundation established in the district in regard to high academic expectations.

2. Promote and establish a lifetime love for learning.

3. Provide opportunity for students to build a strong foundation of character (Academic and personal success)

4. Provide an environment safe for learning to take place

5. Model expected behavior for individual growth in our faculty/staff/students.

6. Collaborative working environment focused on building positive relationships among staff/student/parents and community.
